• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before your order has been shipped, whichever comes first.

• After this period, or once your order has been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse the cancellation request.

If Your Order Has Already Been Processed or Shipped

• Once your order is being processed or has already been dispatched, we kindly ask you to wait for the delivery.
