A Mother & Daughter Journey
Amelia and her mother, Rose, never planned to start a jewellery brand. What began as a simple way to spend time together slowly grew into something far more meaningful.
It started one rainy afternoon in their small kitchen. Rose brought out a box of old beads and silver charms she had collected over the years. “Let’s make something beautiful,” she told Amelia, who was only twelve at the time. They spent hours stringing pearls and polishing stones, laughing when the wires tangled or a clasp wouldn’t sit right. That night, Amelia wore her first handmade bracelet to bed — not because it was perfect, but because it was made with love.
As the years passed, making jewellery became their tradition. Each birthday, each milestone, they created a new piece together: a necklace for Amelia’s first school dance, earrings for Rose’s anniversary, a bracelet to celebrate Amelia’s graduation. Every creation carried a story, a memory sealed in silver and gold.
Friends and family began to notice. “Where did you get that necklace?” someone would ask, and Amelia would smile and answer, “My mum made it with me.” Soon, requests came in. At first just small gifts, then more and more, until mother and daughter realised they were sharing not only jewellery, but emotions — tiny treasures that told stories of love, hope, and belonging.
That’s how Amelia & Rose Jewellery was born: from a bond between mother and daughter, from moments turned into keepsakes. Today, every piece is still inspired by that very first rainy afternoon a reminder that jewellery is not only worn, but felt.
Because to Amelia and Rose, jewellery is more than an accessory.
It’s a memory you can hold in your hands, a story you can carry close to your heart.
